A bit about me

I started Joe's Garden Maintenance because I enjoy doing the work and I want to do it properly. I live in Scholes, I know the area, and I treat every garden I work on as if it were my own.

How I work

I turn up when I say I will. I communicate if anything changes. I do the work carefully, leave the garden tidy, and I don't cut corners to get through quicker. I'm not running a big operation — I'm a local gardener who takes pride in the work and wants every customer to be happy enough to call me back.

The way I work

• I give straightforward advice — if I don't think you need something, I'll tell you.
• I turn up on time, or I call ahead if anything changes.
• I clean up after every visit and leave your garden tidy.
• I'll always let you know what I'm doing and what it'll cost before I start.
• If I spot something that needs attention, I'll tell you — but I won't do work you haven't agreed to.

A friend who helps out

Sometimes I get a hand from a friend — Harry. He's not part of a company, he's just someone I trust who sometimes helps me out on bigger jobs or when I'm stretched. If Harry turns up, it'll be because I asked him to, and the work will be up to the same standard.

Where I work

I work in Scholes, West Yorkshire — and nearby. If you're in BD19 or close by, I'm likely to be able to help. If you're further out, get in touch anyway and I'll tell you honestly whether I can help.
