I aim to get back to you within 48 hours — usually sooner. If your garden needs attention sooner than that, say so in your enquiry and I'll do my best. If you haven't heard from me after 48 hours, it's worth checking your spam folder or calling me directly.
- Pricing and quotes
Yes. For most garden maintenance work, I give a free, no-obligation quote. I need to look at your garden first (or see clear photos of it) so the quote is accurate. I won't quote over the phone for anything that needs a proper look — that usually ends up wrong for both of us. If you'd rather talk it through first, that's fine too. Call me and we'll have a quick chat before anything is committed.
